Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project tasks and manage documentation
  • Liaise with stakeholders and ensure project milestones are achieved on time
  • Assist in the bidding process and manage bid submissions
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and handover to the delivery team
  • Track project progress and maintain documentation
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including the Project Director
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet quality and timeframes
  • Organise and document lessons-learned workshops
  • Conduct internal audits and make process improvement recommendations
  • Assist in reporting and administrative tasks, including financial reporting and productivity tracking
