Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project tasks and manage documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders and ensure project milestones are achieved on time
- Assist in the bidding process and manage bid submissions
- Support project planning, scheduling, and handover to the delivery team
- Track project progress and maintain documentation
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including the Project Director
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet quality and timeframes
- Organise and document lessons-learned workshops
- Conduct internal audits and make process improvement recommendations
- Assist in reporting and administrative tasks, including financial reporting and productivity tracking
