Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team in Telford. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to colleagues across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be working closely with the IT Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To maintain accurate records of all IT support issues and incidents.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve IT-related queries and problems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive hardware support for PCs, laptops, desktops, Apple devices, printers, and telecoms equipment.
  • Deliver high-quality software support for various applications, including Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and more.
  • Offer expert networking support, covering TCP/IP, DHCP, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • To perform regular system administration tasks, ensuring data integrity and backup.
  • Conduct thorough system audits and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Participate in IT projects aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
