- Lead Continuous Improvement: Lead/involvement in continuous improvement activities for plant, analysis and problem solving activities (8D, 6-Sigma, etc.)
- Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems: Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure compliance with customer specific requirements.
- Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain customer and internal quality standards.
- Experience: Previous experience of leading, coaching, problem solving leadership with strong analytical skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent organisation skills, management of priorities and communication skills.
- Quality Systems Knowledge: Understanding of 7W / lean improvement, build standard creation (PFMEA, control plan, working level documents) and implementation / improvement of quality control systems.
- Educational Background: Qualified to HNC level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Industry Experience: Experience of working within the automotive sector.
