Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Delivery Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, resolving queries related to their trade accounts, products, and services. Your goal will be to resolve issues on the first contact, providing timely and efficient responses to email and portal inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from relevant phone queues, aiming for first-contact resolution
  • Return after-hours voicemail messages promptly
  • Respond to email and portal inquiries within agreed-upon timeframes
  • Address general inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Support Capricorn Products, including key supplier accounts
  • Assist members with accessing and using myCAP
  • Escalate unresolved queries immediately as per the complaints and escalation process
  • Collaborate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments to resolve queries efficiently

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Suite
