About the Role


In this role, you will be responsible for providing operations support to the leadership team, including rostering, instore function, and assisting in performance management and guidance. You will also be involved in delivering excellent consumer service at all times and maintaining accuracy of all Payroll information.


Main Responsibilities



  • Provide operations support to the leadership team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Maintain accuracy of all Payroll information and ensure wage spend does not exceed monthly forecast
  • Assist in training Sales Associates and maintaining adequate training materials and documentation
  • Support Store Manager in reviewing P & L monthly

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A passion for the Brand/Sports
  • Skill in performing basic Maths function; sound financial skills and business acumen
  • Significant previous relevant Retail and/or hospitality experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
