Job Description: Data Insight Leader

You will lead the Genesis Reporting Platform, providing technical expertise to support data-driven decision-making. Your efforts will contribute to our reporting transformation, aligning with the Gen 35 Strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the end-to-end delivery of Power BI reporting and data visualisation.
  2. Developing and implementing best practices in visualisation and data build.
  3. Creating complex data models to enhance reporting functionality and analytics delivery.
  4. Collaborating with the Reporting Manager to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

About the Ideal Candidate

We seek an experienced reporting analyst with thought leadership skills in embedding best practice reporting. Ideal candidates possess:

  1. Commercial and analytical experience, with exceptional reporting skills.
  2. Strong Power BI and SQL experience, particularly with large data sets and presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
  3. Experience with automation would be beneficial.
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  5. Ideal experience in similar-sized organisations with complex technology landscapes.
