Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Becoming a trusted Category Captain for protein snacking in the NZ Grocery Channel, leveraging compelling insights to grow the category and deliver value for customers.
- Developing trusted partnerships with major retail players like Foodstuffs and Woolworths, as well as our Sales and Distribution partners, to drive win-win outcomes.
- Owning revenue targets, managing trade investments, and ensuring accurate forecasting to achieve market share goals.
- Driving customer marketing and product innovation, leading best-in-class product launches tailored to Kiwi consumers.
- Developing and executing a robust three-year plan, supported by deep industry, category, and commercial analysis.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven FMCG industry experience, ideally with exposure to National Account Management or similar roles.
- A track record of success managing customers such as Woolworths and Foodstuffs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and an eye for detail.
