The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Estimator to join our enthusiastic team based in Cromwell. Reporting to the Central Otago Manager, this key position will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and quotes for supply and install of our roofing, cladding, and rainwater goods projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates and quotes for valued customers
- Utilize CAD software to take-off material quantities from architectural drawings efficiently
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, architects, designers, builders, and property owners to deliver high-quality results
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required
- Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment

About You
We are looking for an ideal candidate who holds a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying (NDQS) or New Zealand Certificate in Quantity Surveying, or relevant trade or tertiary qualifications. Proficiency in estimating software and multiple IT systems is essential. The ideal candidate should have great attention to detail and a passion for quality, a hands-on approach, and a willingness to enhance the customer experience.
