At HEALWELL MANAGEMENT LLC, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated change management leader to join our team and help us achieve our mission of making banking easy for our customers.

We are looking for a Transformation Leader who can provide leadership, direction, and expertise to develop high-calibre Organisational Change Management (OCM) capabilities. This role is instrumental in helping to transform how we execute strategy, build an agile and change-ready organisation, and deliver exceptional change management experiences for customers, staff, and partners impacted by our strategic change initiatives.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience with a track record of taking ownership, delivering outcomes, and coaching others to build high-performing teams and culture. They will demonstrate the ability to build deep, strong cross-functional relationships at all levels, drive collaboration, and display courage to challenge the status quo with all levels of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include building OCM capabilities within our enterprise change delivery operating model, devising and deploying OCM frameworks and practices, formulating and delivering change approaches, establishing a community of practice, and identifying and mitigating key change risks in initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need 7+ years of significant experience leading and coaching OCM at a lead/senior level. A successful track record in building, executing, and maturing OCM under continuous delivery, agile, and traditional delivery models is essential. Coaching, mentoring, and communications skills that enable you to uplift the capability of others and influence desired outcomes are also critical.
