We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team. As a member of this team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement care for children and adolescents with mental health concerns. Your expertise will help us deliver timely and effective services that make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and addiction concerns;
- Develop and implement individualized recovery plans in collaboration with whai ora and other healthcare professionals;
- Provide specialist advice and education to whai ora, their whanau, and relevant stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
