About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Land Development team in Auckland. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex land development projects and developing and implementing effective project management strategies to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DELIVER COMPLEX LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS.
- DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES TO ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY AND QUALITY OUTCOMES.
- MEDIATE BETWEEN STAKEHOLDERS TO RESOLVE CONFLICTS AND ENSURE PROJECT SUCCESS.
- Evaluate and refine processes to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of land development principles and practices.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD TRUST WITH STAKEHOLDERS.
- ABILITY TO MOTIVATE AND DEVELOP HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS.
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
- STRONG TECHNICAL SKILLS, INCLUDING PROFICIENCY IN 12D OR CIVIL3D.
