About the Role

This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for guests at our snowsports resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Department in managing daily operations, including covering their days off.
  • Supervise the Rentals Team, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate staff schedules and ensure timely communication with the team.
  • Hold regular team debriefs to discuss progress, address concerns, and recognize outstanding performance.
About You
  • Minimum 1 year prior experience in rental operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading, motivating, and inspiring a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
