About the Role

Our Youth Justice Residences provide a safe and supportive environment where young people who have offended can make positive changes in their lives. As a Residential Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in helping these young individuals rehabilitate and get back on track.

We are looking for candidates who possess a passion for supporting and empowering young people. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents, as well as providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people. Knowledge of Tikanga and Te Reo is an advantage, but not essential.

You will work across a roster that covers mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A good level of physical fitness is also required to safely support and interact with our residents.
