We are seeking a skilled Employment Solutions Specialist to join our team in the Auckland South Region. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in connecting job seekers with employment opportunities, utilising your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to source vacancies and place clients into these roles, leveraging your influence and networks to seek out current and future employment opportunities from employers in various industries. You will also be responsible for profiling job seekers to employers and building long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with employers to establish and promote vacancies, complete recruitment processes, and support induction.
  • Educating employers on the details of our products and services.
  • Connecting job seekers with seasonal and permanent work available in the region.
  • Providing in-work support to clients placed in employment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions with employers and clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
