This role requires a highly skilled Speech Language Therapist to provide communication solutions for patients with complex communication difficulties/needs in in-patient, out-patient and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify patient needs and develop effective communication strategies
- Clinical experience within In-patient wards, Adult Community patients, and/or Adult out-patients is preferred
- Dysphagia training is essential
Essential Qualifications
- NZSTA Annual Practising Certificate
- Current membership of the NZSTA
- Completion of an NZSTA accredited or approved Speech-language Therapy program (BSc.SLT / MSLTPrac)
