Billing and Compliance Officer

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Council's community focus by capturing water consumption data, enabling customers to make informed water conservation decisions.
The role involves receiving water meter read data from across our network of commercial, industrial, and non-residential customers, generating invoices for payment, and answering customer queries. You will also be required to complete trade waste and third-party invoicing, generate work orders for our in-house maintenance delivery team, and organize special reads.
This is a busy and varied role that requires the ability to quickly learn new systems, identify process improvements, and adapt to change. You will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer service delivery, excellent financial data management skills, and a strong analytical ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process water meter read data
- Generate invoices for payment
- Provide customer service
