Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive financial governance framework that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Director, Internal Controls to develop the ICFR annual plan and assess its effectiveness.
  • Coordinating and reviewing testing conducted by internal audit personnel and/or external resources.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including Bill 198 (NI 52-109) or equivalent internal control frameworks.
