We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team at Robert Walters New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled and experienced individual who can make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business practices, processes, and problems to develop effective solutions
  • Create system specifications to meet requirements and validate these requirements
  • Lead stakeholders in designing solutions for complex business requirements
  • Assess people and roles affected by changes being implemented and design change management and training plans
  • Act as a bridge between business teams, partners, and IT
  • Report directly to the Senior Project Manager

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in managing end-to-end processes
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience working on large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle and requirements best practices
  • Experience with CRM/Dynamics 365
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What You Will Bring:

You will bring a minimum of five years' experience in managing end-to-end processes, tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, experience working on large-scale projects, knowledge of the software development life cycle and requirements best practices, experience with CRM/Dynamics 365, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
