We are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our team as the Senior Manager/Manager, Development for Digital Apps Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our digital healthcare apps, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, security, and user experience.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance the NHG Cares App (NCA) to meet the needs of NHG patients, caregivers, and residents.
  • Lead multi-vendor development scrum teams onsite and offshore.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful app development.
  • Ensure the NCA meets the highest standards of quality, security, and user experience.
  • Oversee development and teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in system development, with at least 4 years in mobile apps and 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Preferably experience in a Product Owner role or as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
  • Experience working in a team environment implementing large-scale IT projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage tasks independently.
