About the Team
The North Community Mental Health team provides treatment for individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental illness. Our multidisciplinary team comprises 33 staff members, based on the Dunedin Hospital campus, offering outpatient and home-based outreach services.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and developing plans for effective clinical psychology interventions, working collaboratively with other health professionals, and actively participating in individual and group therapies. You will also engage in liaison activities with other Clinical Psychologists to ensure the continued wellbeing of your clients.

Requirements
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication and teamworking skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and strong time management abilities. A sound knowledge of clinical psychology assessment and interventions, particularly in relation to intellectual disability and mental health, is also essential.
