About the Role

">Duties and Responsibilities
">As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Renal Dialysis Unit, Coronary Care Unit, and Cardiac Cath Lab to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
">- Assessing and managing patients with acute and chronic cardiology and renal conditions
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
">- A current registration as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand
- Proven experience in caring for patients with cardiology and renal conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
