This Document Management Specialist role is a critical position within our CRL Delivery team, responsible for managing project documentation and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation, ensuring accessibility and up-to-date records
- Maintain version control and document archiving
- Coordinate meetings by setting agendas, booking venues, and preparing materials
- Manage project team schedules, travel, and accommodations
- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring professional formatting for distribution
- Handle inquiries from stakeholders and facilitate communication within project teams
- Support recruitment activities, including interviews, pre-employment checks, and onboarding
- Provide general administrative assistance and perform tasks like ordering supplies, managing invoices, and organizing events
About You:
- You are a professional, results-driven individual who takes pride in maintaining a high standard of work, attitude, and professionalism
- With strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will effectively manage your workload, follow up on actions, and engage with multiple stakeholders

- Previous experience in supporting team functions
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a project environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
