Tertiary Institute Frontline Team Lead

Job Overview:
">We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager at the Mokoia Campus in Rotorua.
">The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a front-line team of Student Services Advisors and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our students and stakeholders.
">Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective service delivery strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service delivery metrics
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Advanced or higher-level qualification in Business Administration, Computing, Management or other relevant area
- Four to five years' experience leading and managing a medium sized team
- Experience in a service environment and proven ability in service development
- Strong empathy and natural ability to relate to diversity
You will have an enthusiastic, positive and proactive working style and a strong desire to help people along with a flexible outlook and an ability to prioritise workloads, exercise initiative and achieve deadlines within an often-interrupted environment.
">It is also important that you are able to demonstrate an ability to be analytical and cope with regular change.
