Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll/HRIS Manager to join our team in Dunedin.

This permanent, full-time position will lead a team of 14 dedicated payroll and reporting professionals and report directly to the National Payroll Manager.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategic payroll plans.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational, legislative and employment contract requirements.
  • Lead and develop a team of payroll specialists.

  • An experienced Payroll & HRIS professional with a strong leadership background.
  • A proven ability to drive performance and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • A relevant graduate and post-graduate qualification.
  • Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Related field e.g Accounting, HR or equivalent level of experience and knowledge.
