**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine facilities maintenance duties, ensuring outdoor spaces remain well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Conduct tasks autonomously and efficiently, minimizing downtime.
  • Adhere to Council regulations, respecting rules for safety and environmental sustainability.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Capable of handling physically demanding tasks and lifting heavy loads.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, enabling effective issue resolution.
  • Excellent time management skills, ensuring timely completion of allocated tasks.
  • Ability to maintain focus in high-pressure situations.
  • Current Full NZ driver's license and Growsafe certification (an advantage).
