Braemac is seeking a skilled Electronics Sales Development Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activity, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within their assigned territory.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic component sales, with a proven track record of developing new customers and increasing sales and profitability. You will work closely with product managers, suppliers' sales channels, and other stakeholders to understand customers' needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Main Responsibilities
* Understand customers' product roadmaps sufficiently enough to recommend product solutions from partner suppliers
* Collaborate with suppliers to guide product developments and roadmaps in support of future customer trends
* Provide timely product information to generate new and repeat sales
* Use Braemac's CRM systems to track and manage sales activity
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar discipline
* 3+ years of experience in electronic component sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based CRM tools
