About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our team at Robert Walters New Zealand. As a Communications Manager, you will be responsible for creating key communication materials, managing campaigns, collaborating on multiple projects, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This role involves developing high-quality communications that align with our client's brand image and objectives. You will work closely with senior management to execute effective communication plans that support engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives.
  • Creating high-quality communications, including executive communications, articles, media releases, social posts, talking points, and scripts.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders to identify and maximise communications opportunities.
  • Delivering clear messages and materials that align with and support the corporate narrative and brand guidelines.
  • Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of communications, seeking continuous improvement.
  • Planning, developing and executing communications plans.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends in communication approaches.
