Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our biodiversity protection initiatives as a Team Leader Biodiversity and Biosecurity – Partnership Programme. This senior leadership position requires a strong background in environmental management, conservation, and community engagement.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a team of experts and collaborating with stakeholders, including local authorities, landowners, and community groups, to develop and implement strategies that protect and enhance biodiversity in our region. You will also be required to provide advice and support to senior leaders and council on environmental issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective biodiversity protection plans and programs.
  • Mange a team of professionals to deliver high-profile projects and achieve conservation outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build partnerships and engage communities in conservation efforts.
  • Provide advice and support to senior leaders and council on environmental issues.
