Enterprise HCM Growth Specialist

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Solution Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share through strategic account planning and execution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Developing and executing territory plans that highlight the value proposition of our solutions to customers and prospects.
- Working closely with the Head of Sales and virtual account team to design and execute programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Educating target accounts on our solution set and conducting strategic account planning.
- Establishing, developing, and expanding market share and revenue attainment within named accounts.
- Identifying, qualifying, and leading sales cycles based on HXM opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Several years of experience selling business software and solutions.
- Proven track record of success in selling to CHRO and IT stakeholders, preferably in Industry/Enterprise environments.
- History of exceeding targets and achieving significant growth.
- Strong skills in internal and external customer satisfaction, articulating business value, and understanding complex accounts.
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically, with a strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate with the virtual account team.
