We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team at Family Mental Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Reception and front-line customer service
  • Fleet and file management
  • Ordering resources and supplies
  • Occasional EA support to team managers

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a passionate team.

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with i.PM, HCC, and Oracle Procurement (advantageous)
