The Job

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our Advanced Characterization and Instrumentation Division.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sustain quality management systems and facilitate material characterization requirements across Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry and NMR, Physical and Thermal Characterization technical domains.
  2. Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Domain: Manage HPLC / LC-QTOF / LCMS-MS / CIC / GPC / ICP-OES / ICP-MS / GC / TD, PY, HS-GCMS / Gas sampling and analysis equipment effectively.
  3. NMR, Physical and Thermal Characterization Domain: Ensure optimal performance of NMR, FTIR, UV, BET, SDT, TPDRO, EA, Rheometer, Tensile Testing equipment.
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with internal R&D teams and external industry partners.
  5. Proven expertise in managing analytical instruments, including specialized knowledge for method development/validation and equipment calibration/troubleshooting/maintenance.
  6. Develop and implement analytical training programs for laboratory personnel, ensuring they meet competency standards before certification as authorized users.
  7. Evaluate and enforce adherence to health, safety, and environment policies (laboratory safety, general housekeeping, chemical storage, waste disposal).
  8. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively with various stakeholders through regular updates, reports, and presentations.
  9. Contribute to R&D project meetings, providing essential technical insights.
  10. Investigate opportunities for applying electronic laboratory information systems that integrate with analytical data handling or workflow projects.
  11. Manage procurement activities for laboratory supplies, consumables, and maintenance services efficiently.
