Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Data Collection Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

- Building relationships with local communities and collecting data from respondents via their preferred channels.

- Providing an exceptional user experience for respondents, fostering trust, convenience, and seamlessness.

- Thriving in a dynamic and flexible work environment, actively engaging with communities from Monday to Sunday at various times throughout the day.

- Frequent travel, requiring a reasonable level of fitness due to walking and driving to visit households.

- Ensuring access to fast and reliable internet, a current full New Zealand driver's license, and a legally roadworthy, insured vehicle.

For this role, we are looking for individuals with:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in customer service or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in using everyday office software, including Microsoft suite of products, online communications channels for meetings and chat.
  • Strong customer focus, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with others, possessing strong time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
