About the Role

This Business Administrator position reports to the Business and Performance Lead and provides high-level administrative support to assigned teams. Key duties include:

  • Providing email and diary management, purchasing, financial transactions, and other key administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring timely delivery of Group and Council reporting deadlines.
  • Delivering quality customer service experiences (internal and external) to support our 'customers are our biggest advocate' outcome.

Other responsibilities include ensuring team policies and processes are in place and reviewed regularly, maintaining training and development registers, and assisting with audit register coordination and business continuity planning.
