Responsibilities and Requirements

This role involves providing exceptional service to clients by ensuring their medical equipment is functioning correctly.

You will need to have strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues.

In addition, you will be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong technical/mechanical/electrical skills with experience in fault diagnosis and repairs
  • Previous experience in servicing medical, mobility, or healthcare equipment (preferred)
  • Full NZ driver's licence (as travel to client sites is required)
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
