Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Urban and Infrastructure function and develop a strategic vision for the team
  • Develop and implement policies and legislation related to urban and infrastructure
  • Work collaborately with other directors to deliver the RMA Reform programme and Climate Adaptation policy
  • Foster a culture of inclusive leadership and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience at a senior level leading people managers
  • Practical knowledge of te Tiriti o Waitangi and its principles
  • Experience applying te Tiriti into implementation and operations
  • Ability to develop and foster talent
