About the Role

This is a permanent Full-Time position which includes a weekend shift. Some very early starts and late finishes will be required.

The successful applicant should be able to plan, organise, lead and control the day-to-day operations of the Butchery Department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring standards of merchandising are achieved and maintained.
  • The implementation of Food Health & Safety requirements.
  • The effective utilisation of the department's personnel resources.
  • Stock ordering to meet the store's requirements.
  • Meeting the store's standards in customer service.

We are looking for a talented individual who can lead our successful Butchery team at St Martins New World and consistently deliver high standards.
