Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and take our customer acquisition strategy to the next level. This role will provide hands-on experience across the full range of marketing disciplines, including end-to-end campaign management, digital marketing, creative production, and product promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage and maintain our website to ensure it provides a great user experience
  • Work collaboratively with our team to support the development and sourcing of content for MIT's collateral, marketing campaigns, events, and nurture campaigns
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote our brand and services
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using data analytics tools

Required Skills and Qualifications: A passionate marketer with at least 3 years' experience, excellent writing and proofreading skills, hands-on digital marketing experience specifically in marketing automation, building, implementing, maintaining, and reporting for campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
