As a Night Manager at Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the hotel's overnight operations, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role or leadership position, preferably with 5-star expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury guest journey principles and ability to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Familiarity with Opera or a similar property management system.
  • Manager Certificate and First Aid Certificate are advantageous.
  • Possession of a full, clean New Zealand driving license, preferably with manual driving capability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
