**Job Overview**

Habitat for Humanity Charity- Northern Region is the largest of Habitat for Humanity International's Affiliates operating in New Zealand, delivering a range of housing related services. We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide financial tracking and project administration support to our Housing Adequacy Team.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in the housing or charity sector, with great financial and commercial acumen. They will be highly organised, able to multi-task, and work autonomously with excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Receive and process referrals in a timely manner
  • Establish and build strong relationships with whanau/aiga including resolving any issues
  • Track expenses and provide financial reports when required
  • Effectively track and monitor timeframes and provide updates to the team on job progress

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years relevant experience working administrative support in the housing, charity or health sectors
  • Great financial and commercial acumen
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
