We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled logistics professional to take on our Warehouse Manager role in Mangere Bridge, Auckland. This senior, hands-on leadership position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment and enjoys working closely with their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Motivate the Team – Inspire and manage a capable operations team, ensuring they align with our company values and objectives.
- Optimize Daily Operations – Oversee order processing, warehouse workflows, and logistics coordination to ensure efficiency.
- Facility & Equipment Management – Maintain high standards for warehouse presentation and oversee asset care.
- Health & Safety & Compliance – Enforce and uphold safe work practices, compliance procedures, and audits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with the Transport Manager, General Manager, and Managing Director to drive business growth and innovation.
