The Role
As a Field Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality pest management services across the Southern South Island. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, organising, directing, and controlling activities of multiple workgroups to achieve customer and company targets. You will also be required to lead a team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all targets are met, and liaise with Land Owners and other interested parties to secure access permission.
