The Role

As the Auto Repair Network Manager, you'll be responsible for setting up and managing the repair network in New Zealand to ensure it operates efficiently, cost-effectively, and delivers high customer service standards. You'll work closely with business leaders to understand requirements of partners, repairers, and end customers.

You will be based in our stunning new central Auckland offices, where you'll join a team passionate about providing the best experience. This role offers flexibility to work from home up to two days per week and involves travel across New Zealand.

About You

  • 5+ years of New Zealand repair network experience
  • Industry knowledge or experience in automotive mechanical repairs
  • Automotive trade certificate
  • Experience managing external vendors or 3PL providers
  • Prior experience of establishing, growing a repair network
  • Industry knowledge of systems and applications used by the repair agents
  • Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to convert insights into strategies and roadmaps
  • An understanding of relevant legislation i.e. The Fair Trading Act, the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Privacy Act 2020
