Breast Screening Programme Administration
As an administrator with Breast Screen Midland, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of breast cancer screening services across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Lakes District regions.
You will work closely with the regional coordination call centre team in Hamilton, ensuring seamless administration and reception support. This includes maintaining accurate records, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Breast Screen Aotearoa is committed to improving health outcomes for New Zealand women. As an administrator, you will contribute to this mission by providing high-quality support to our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the regional coordination call centre team
- Provide reception duties at the BreastCare and mobile units
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organisational goals
- Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Business administration or relevant computing courses desirable
- Work experience in an administrative role, preferably in a call centre or booking clerk position
