Nursing Programme Administrative Support:
The Clinical Experience Administrator provides critical administrative support to the Clinical Experience Manager and the Nursing programme at the Centre for Health and Social Practice. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include managing placement contracts and employment agreements, maintaining clinical passports, and ensuring timely completion of timesheets. You will also be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, applicants must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support in a clinical setting would be highly advantageous. Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications are essential, with experience in Sonia being desirable but not mandatory.
