Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will possess extensive experience in manufacturing processes of polymeric films and functional layers. A strong background in DoD NanoTech or DoD Physics, or related disciplines, is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in working with solvents, flammable, and toxic materials, as well as experience in chemical labs, preferably in a clean room environment, is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • PhD degree in Science or Engineering discipline or Master degree in Science or Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes of polymeric films and functional layers.
  • Knowledge in DoD NanoTech or DoD Physics or DoD Extrusion or DoD Testing is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work with solvents and flammable and toxic materials.
  • Experience in chemical labs, preferably in clean room environment.
  • Preferably work experience with adhesives or pressure sensitive adhesives.
