We are looking for an accomplished Automotive Business Lead to spearhead our sales efforts at Performance Motors Limited. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and foster long-term customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business Discipline or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and a strong sales flair.
- Experience in managing teams and resources.
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license.
- Proficiency in Sales & Marketing Management, Budgeting & Costing, Consumer Marketing/Sales, and Stock Management.
