About This Role

We are currently seeking a Kaiwhakarite (Administrator) with a focus on Ako (Programme Delivery) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that the takiwa Ako team is supported with any administrative tasks related to programme delivery. Some key responsibilities include minute taking, assisting with programme delivery schedules and lesson plans, and providing assistance for monitors visits/komiti awhina.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Minute Taking: Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with Programme Delivery Schedules and Lesson Plans: Provide administrative support to ensure timely completion of programme delivery schedules and lesson plans
  • Assist with Completion of Travel/Kai Requests: Process travel and kai requests in accordance with organisational policies
  • Provide Assistance for Monitors Visits/Komiti Awhina: Contact stakeholders, collate information for reporting purposes, and file documents as required
  • Scheduling Appointments: Arrange appointments with kaiako and other stakeholders as needed
  • Provide Support to Kaiako: Assist with administrative tasks and programme resourcing as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in providing administrative and support services, proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Maori. Ideally, you will hold a certificate in Business Administration or a related field, and a NZ Full Licence.
