About the Job
This is a unique opportunity to join a leading rural insurance specialist as a Change Management Specialist. We're seeking an experienced professional to manage the delivery of project and tactical changes that impact the Claims team, ensuring successful adoption and embedment of these changes.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the Claims change plan, including identifying change management strategies and coordinating their execution.
- Coordinate the design/redesign of Claims business processes to align with any change initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Claims Change Management communications schedules and materials.
- Support the development of training plans and materials to support any claims change initiatives.
What You'll Need
- A minimum of 2 years of change management or lead experience.
- Experience working with all levels of an organization to successfully deliver change.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching others in change management.
- A self-starter who takes on new opportunities and challenges, is adaptable and accountable.
- Experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Prosci change management methodology will be beneficial.
