Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store leadership team in developing and implementing business plans and strategies
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure that merchandising standards meet business requirements
  • Coordinate stock and manage inventory levels
  • Assist with inducting and training new staff members
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and productivity
