Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the store leadership team in developing and implementing business plans and strategies
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure that merchandising standards meet business requirements
- Coordinate stock and manage inventory levels
- Assist with inducting and training new staff members
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and productivity
Requirements
- Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a retail environment
