The Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Tendering and estimating for new projects
  • Managing project costs and budgeting
  • Collaborating with the project management team to ensure timely delivery
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A qualification in estimating or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in the civil construction sector in New Zealand
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including advanced MS Office (Word, Excel)
